We take care in describing and photographing our products accurately. Because many items are handmade and customized, slight variations in color, design, and size may occur.
Personalized items are made to order and require accurate input from the customer at time of purchase. Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before submitting.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing or suspicious activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Standard processing time is usually 3–5 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or postal errors.

Returns & Refunds policy

1. Custom & Personalized Orders
Because of the nature of custom and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started unless:
There is a mistake made on our part (e.g., misspelling that does not match your order)
The item arrives damaged or defective
If an error or issue has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will be happy to work with you on a resolution.
2. Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned item is damaged or incomplete.
3. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the production process may begin, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with your local post office.
